One in three children reported being scared (34%), and one in four reported being anxious (27%), confused (24%), stressed (23%), or unhappy (22%). Also, 49% of children worry that a relative will contract the virus.

Explain to them what is happening, giving the certainty of the data that they are receiving. These actions will help mitigate uncertainty and other damaging emotional states.
Express feelings and emotions to each other will let our children know that they are not alone, and they will face any situation together.
Generate strategies not only for accompaniment but for self-care, strengthening their abilities, which fosters self-knowledge and a positive emotional state.
