GIDT and Axeleratum do not collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preference), so we ask you to refrain from providing this type of data.

These data are collected with the purpose of assisting the main operations of GIDT and / or Axeleratum, such as: providing the required services; comply with obligations contracted; have a directory for identification purposes and communication; cover requests for internal processes; send communications by email or any other means providing information about our services, our electronic bulletin or news of interest on intellectual property law; improve and evaluate the quality of our services; inform about changes or new services that we provide or any other activity related to our professional activity.

Rights that correspond to your Personal Data

You have the right to access the Personal Data you provide us and the details of their treatment, as well as to correct them if they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this privacy notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes or have terminated the contractual or service relationship. Similarly, you can oppose the treatment of your Personal Data for specific purposes.

The mechanism that has been implemented for the exercise of these privacy rights consists of the presentation of a written request in our domicile directed to the corresponding area, entrusted to the protection and handling of the Personal Data (the “Personal Data Protection Officer”).

GIDT and Axeleratum reserve the right to make changes or updates to this privacy notice at any time, for the attention of new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services.
